Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All returns require a preassigned return authorization number (RA#). Please email us at returns@digitalwrist.net for an RA# to be issued. Any item returned without an RA# will not be accepted.

Digitalwrist.com will accept all items returned in their original, unused condition for a refund within 7 days of delivery date. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. (this 10% is a non-refundable fee that is charged by credit companies to us when the customers card is charged).
